Refund and Return Policy

Customers may request a return and refund within 30 days after receiving the product. To begin a return, contact Crystal Trailers within that 30-day period and provide the order details and reason for the request.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and for returning the product safely. Products should be returned in their original condition with included parts and documentation. Crystal Trailers may inspect the returned product before approving the refund.

After Crystal Trailers receives the returned product, an approved refund will be processed within 30 days to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the product was delivered incorrectly or materially damaged.
