Shipping Policy

Crystal Trailers charges a flat shipping rate of $550 per order for delivery. This shipping fee does not apply to orders collected by local pickup. Customers who choose pickup will not be charged the shipping fee; pickup scheduling is coordinated separately.

Orders require 2–4 business days of handling. The overall delivery process, including handling and transit, is generally 7–14 business days after order processing begins. Delivery timing can vary by destination, product availability, and carrier scheduling. Crystal Trailers will coordinate delivery using the contact information provided at checkout.
